Zuri Hotel is a surprisingly classy hotel. Kudos goes to their excellent personnel, starting from their concierge, front desk, housekeeping, and even their wait staff at the pool area. They have all been very professional and accommodating to ensure I have a wonderful stay. I did have such,along with my family.

Just one tip. Use Grab for any travel. To and from the airport, and even around the city.

I stayed here because of the accessibility of location. But be prepared for the following: the wifi drops connection every 5-10mins and phone reception is very bad. There’s a very dusty smell at the lobby. They asked me “were you made aware of the 30% additional for card transactions?” 30%!! And I clarified I am using a DEBIT card not a credit card. The lady didn’t know the difference so I paid 30% extra for the charge. This was the biggest disappointment at all: I asked for a bottled water for the trip back to the airport (2,600 php for the trip). The reception couldn’t give me water, the breakfast area sent me back to the reception. No one knows how they could hand me a simple bottled water. Stayed for 7 nights there and never going back for my next trips. That’s why it’s called Zuri —- you’ll be sorry

This hotel is located near the malls. Staff are polite and helpful. There is only something bit issue about the room,it is bit smell damp, I found a small stain of lipstick and a short curly hair on the bed. The service in a roof top bar is good aside from ordering food it's takes an hour and when u have your food you can think it is not just cook because it's bloody cold. 😁 This is only what I experience. But they serve good cocktails 😅

This hotel has a serious problem with loud music whether it's from within or it's party neighbouring venues. We couldn't sleep and at 1:30 am called reception who moved us to a better room with less noise but still loud. This was on a Friday night. Zuri management, a better process to look after your guests better when you know about t this problem is to book people first in rooms on the otherside of the hotel where the noise is not a problem and then work your way across - why risk giving your customers are terrible experience when you could have put people in better rooms to start with? Secondly for guests, if your staying on a Friday or Saturday night, beware of the load music coming from the SM mall side, I would recommend staying on the otherside of the hotel as really, what the point of a hotel room of you can't sleep?

Great hotel otherwise and breakfast is great too. Get the chef's to make you your omelette fresh which they do but don't do a great job of letting their guests know about.

The rooms are rather standard fare. The usual amenities, they are clean but nothing to write home about. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet is solid but could do with a bit more variety. I had an omelette and was not disappointed. What's really nice about it is it's proximity to transport hubs and malls.

I am giving this review due to the unsafe and hazardous environment of
the level 10 pool, very slippery surroundings and timber bowed and lifting up at the edge of this pool, I myself had tripped over and nearly broke my toe and my 3 year old son fell over twice and hurt his shin resulting in large bruises, this issue needs to be rectified asap before other guests injure themselves. otherwise staff are friendly and polite, room is clean and decent, buffer is A1.

The rooms looks nice. We used the family room , the tv was blurred, the pool is not that nice, the buffet is food was cold. It's like eating in public market. The ambiance is not good. They should make the space bigger for the buffet.

In 2 days I got the second worst hotel in the last 30 years, this time I messed up my holiday.
Zuri Hotel is not an example of cleanliness in additional they gave me a room just over a disco without informing me, nevertheless is 3 am and I can not sleep, music is so loud.
Bad service from the front desk, she was probably happy to give this room to the first stupid client, bravo.

Rooms are spacious, nice and clean.
Beds, pillows and linens are comfty and clean.
Buffet breakfast is superb..
Staffs are very accommodating.

I already booked and stayed multiple times at Zuri Hotel especially during the pandemic until now , all I can say is that my experience with the employees/staff and especially the front desk was accommodating/helpful and super friendly! The rooms are spacious , clean and smells good. Zuri Hotel is a great hotel with a friendly price. The pool and bar area has a very nice view of coastal line of Iloilo City. They also have ample parking space in their basement the it’s an easy access to significant places and transportation is accessible. SM City mall is right beside Zuri Hotel. I will definitely and always go back to this hotel.
