One of our best investments in Iloilo. The price is affordable but the amenities are excellent. The move in process was straightforward and easy and everyone in Sales and Property Management offices and the rest the staff are always eager to help and please. We went to see it (for the first time) and signed on immediately, and now the family owns not just 1 but 3 units and looking forward to investing more.The best part: It's PET FRIENDLY! A very important consideration for fur moms like me.The official city home of Thunder_Alaskan Malamute.

The unit was very clean and very comfy. Feels like home.Super accommodating unit owner/staff. Will recommend to my friends and families. Worth the price, if you are living in Asia. The unit was very nice and complete with household appliances. Very accessible to all. The place has a calm and serene environment - perfect for those much needed nap or sleep.Overall this place is really really good for solo or group travellers. Very highly recommended!!! 🤞🙌

The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The view of the condo grounds were spectacular. A great investment!

Designed beautifully, you immediately feel welcome as you walk in the lobby.The suspending infinity pool connecting both towers is what I love the most.A great experience everyone could ever ask for. The room is design aesthetically, Instagram-worthy for someone like me who loves to take beautiful pictures. The outdoor activities is something to look forward to.If you are reading this, just message the FB Page.
