The Medical City offers excellent service to its customers especially when it comes to the heart services. They are also innovative in applying modern technological equipment to deliver better customer satisfaction.

very poor quality service. They don't have packages, even if you put it on the reason that you have a fever, so you check up, they will slow down their service even more.

It's like you just cheated on a gold digger who couldn't provide even the bare minimum.

I was admitted and stayed there 4 days. Doctors are good but cleaning of the room really bad, food insufficient, nurses had no experience and it was really expensive, not worth the price you pay.

The nurses and the doctors in the ICU department are very approachable and quick to respond. All the staff are friendly.

They don't even deserve a star. They make their patients wait for more than an hour, and their staff does nothing until you complain. Horrible place!! Their staff needs training! Not recommendable

PEOPLE HERE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO RESPECT THEIR PATIENT'S TIME. What is the point of setting an appointment if you will not be able to accommodate your patients at a given time? 10-30 minutes of delay might be understandable but MORE THAN 1 HOUR is TOO MUCH. Not everyone has all day for a consultation. Some patients came rushing just to catch up with their time of appointment. We could have done something productive with the time we wasted waiting at your hallway. I could have taken an hour of rest/nap since I am not feeling well.Note: I've visited other branches of The Medical City but this must have been the worst experience and most unprofessional people I ever dealt with.

September 2, 2022, the incident happened at the entrance (the GUARD on the left side entrance) when i approached the guard. I ask the guard on duty about an inquiry and responded with an ATTITUDE! A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. I would like to raise this concern to the management of the hospital to give immediate corrective action to further prevent incidents like this. They should be APPROACHABLE, HOSPITABLE AND SERVICE ORIENTED PEOPLE. A VERY RUDE KIND OF GUARD.

Whenever someone asks me "Which hospital do you like best in Iloilo?" I would always have Medical City on top of that list.Medical City has a great facility, well trained nurses and doctors (very hospitable too). I took my mother there when she was sick and I felt like I was getting better too because the nurses were very energetic and always had a smile on their faces. It might a bit pricey compared to public hospitals but in my personal experience, you're pretty much paying the same price. It took my mother 5 days to get better at a public hospital and we paid amount X. When I took her here, it took her 3 days to get better and we paid for the same price, amount X. If you have a regular doctor, ask them if they can treat you here. The don't even give you a hard time processing your PhilHealth.
