Islas de Gigantes consists of around 10 islands. There are two big islands, the Gigantes Norte and Gigantes Sur. However, the significant sites here are Antonia Beach, Bantigue Island Sandbar, Cabugao Gamay Island, Pulupandan Islet, and Tangke Saltwater Lagoon—all of which you can see when you schedule an island-hopping day tour with us. You may also get to sample the popular one-peso scallops and the shoe-shaped wasay-wasay shellfish, which are abundant here in Gigantes, during your trip. I loved this place so much. I brought my husband from the US and we wanted to tour Carles & Gigantes Island.The staff are very responsive on facebook.The accommodation is worth the price! It’s spacious, and aesthetic. It had the necessities required for its price (hot shower, hair blower, pool access, cart service, phone to contact reception and wifi)I loved loved loved this place so much.The receptionists said their massages are worth trying as some guests only go back for it and it’s true! It was a good experience. If you need a relaxing getaway, I suggest availing their hot stone massage. It’s like getting massaged in Manila but with a good ambience and setting. :)Their pool was well-maintained.The breakfast buffet was lacking but good enough. I hope you add more varieties soon. There was neither pork, vegetable, nor beef dishes. Corned beef, chopsuey and or bacon would suffice. Kinda weird that you had Chicken Curry served in a breakfast buffet but it was delicious so no problem there. Haha. Pork you served was luncheon meat and the cheap kind. I think it was CDO? Anyway, we will be back! :)

They were able to check us in as soon as we arrived (9AM!!!) because the room was already available. We were able to get some rest before enjoying what this resort has to offer. This is a great and recommendable place for families and friends. The only thing I don’t appreciate is, the area can get noisy. We stayed on a Sunday so the karaoke are blasting from the neighborhood.

We had a great experience with this resort and will be coming back again very soon. The only thing I notice that could be improved is the cleanliness of the beach. Nonetheless, we came from Gigantes island hopping so we didn't care about it. Do check out their collection of bonsai! Not to be missed.

Booked a room for 1 night for me and my partner. Place is amazing, service at the front desk was good, gave us a lift to the room, pool looks clean, complimentary 1 hour massage was excellent. The restaurant, however, had limited options to food or drinks. Most of them were not available. Sat at the table for dinner and waited for at least an hour for food to be served. I asked the staff to check our orders, she responded kindly and politely and asked if we could wait a little longer and to bear with them as they have plenty of orders coming in. I somehow felt we were left out because it was just me and my partner, compared to the other tables that were in groups. They were served first eventhough we arrived at the restaurant before them. When I was about to pay, I wondered why the meal price was more than what was on the menu. The cashier said they included the service fee on the meal price. I was surprised to hear that because anywhere in the Philippines you see the service fee at the last part of the receipt. Cashier didn't seem to care to entertain questions. I didn't want to ruin my night either by arguing. Would go back here again, but definitely never in the restaurant.

Mandurriao Branch. I was our first time to go there and the staff was kind and accommodating.She gave detailed information on how to take care of our dog. Dr.Labos came on time in the clinic and attended to us immediately. Fast and reliable service.

It's pretty okay for the price range, privacy is good and security seems solid. Note when you visit, however, that food and drinks from the outside isn't allowed. Not even cake when you come to celebrate. They don't have corkage and will definitely check your bags for food. Food is pretty average, nothing special. It's a good place for a short stay. The wifi is a bit of a challenge when you're inside the room but go out and it's on full, but you'll be fine with data if Globe is your service provider, Smart is in and out but still a better alternative than the wifi when indoors.

Love the place. A lovely island getaway with a nice view. The food is good and I love the black Russian that was made. A few things to do here like stand paddle boarding, swimming in the clear swimming pool, play darts or pool at the recreation area. Even have a karaoke room for those who enjoy to sing. They even help us arranged a city tour and we get to explore a few interesting places in Iloilo. Would recommend this for couples or groups who enjoy the outdoors and would like to get away from the city to a relaxing scenic place.

However, our experience was not as good as it could have been. We stayed in 1B. Receptionist said wifi was available throughout the resort. Nope! We had to go to the restaurant to use it because though there was wifi in the room, there was no internet access. However, it worked just 50 feet away in restaurant.Second, if you're staying in a 5-star resort, you expect a hot shower. Again, nope. The water was freezing and the water pressure was way too weak. So, not only freezing cold but it took forever to rinse off. Called maintenance to fix it but after running water for 20 minutes, it became lukewarm and still weak stream. I complained to receptionist on checkout, but she seemed more interested in collecting payment than fixing problem for next guest. So, I would say avoid 1B and if they give it to you, request another room.Also, I see that other guests who have had problems here got the same response of "we're sorry" and "you should have called management". Well, who wants to waste vacation time waiting for management. I already had to wait for maintenance to come fix the problem. At the price we are paying to stay there and relax and enjoy ourselves, we shouldn't be expected to stress about these problems and wait for maintenance. And sorry really won't change the fact that this made an otherwise good stay miserable.

The space is absolutely stunning. Very wide open area for activities and they have this activity area by the beach where it can accommodate more than 3 groups doing different activities at the same time. The rooms and food is just right for the price and you can say it's more than worth it since you get more than what you pay for just for the experience alone.

I booked 3 queen suite villas with jacuzzi (palangga) in high hopes that I’ll enjoy my stay. Unfortunately, the room is not clean enough, expensive for what it is. When I tried to use the jacuzzi, motor and my bedside lamp was not working and I had to call for maintenance. They don’t even check everything perfectly.Some staff were fine but some aren’t accommodating. They say 4 stars resort but we didn’t even feel they could reach 3 stars.Difficulty locking the main door as well. I can write more but I’ll just leave it here.Hopefully you can fix the problem or reprimand the staff who are not attentive and accommodating to guests.

Room was very neat and clean and provided basic essentials. The food was awesome we stayed for 2 nights with free breakfast buffet it had many options. The pool was great as well since it was clean and had a nice view. It was worth the 4 hour travel from Iloilo City. Definitely the best resort in town!
