The only thing that salvaged this review is how nice the doctors were meanwhile, those in the front desk are not helpful at all. if you have any concern they scoff you off. They have many hidden charges, the price they tell you is different from the price indicated in the receipt and if you ask why, they get angry and dismiss you. Will never go back to this vet again.

Amazing service. Caring and professional. Great vet care. Fantastic emergency care. My dog had an unexpected health issue, and the clinic was amazing. They took us in right away and provided excellent care. The staff was compassionate and skilled. I'm so grateful for their help!

no visibility while grooming your furbabies hope they fix it. One of my furbaby got small wound on her right ear and small wound on her left leg. I am not satisfied though I am a loyal customer with them. Overall all good

Absolutely do not recommend. Friend took his dog here and the vets misdiagnosed the dog. She died.Brought my cat here and my cat also died while in their care. The receptionist did not even give me five minutes to finish crying before demanding that I pay in a vey rude manner.The only good thing about this place is that it's spacious and the vets are nice and sweet. That's it. Literally nothing else.

The place is spacious indeed. Front desk staffs are quick to turn you down initially if the process seems inconvenient to them unless you explain it's simple. They ended up providing what we needed in exchange of overcharging us.

Super expensive and their doctor's are basically clueless. They put an IV and catheter to my fur baby and sent him home without proper treatment. they just ran tests and i kept on telling them th cat cannot take oral medicine but they don't know what to do. my cat is still sick and i just lost 10k for nothing. disappointing. Don't ever come to this place if you value your pets.

Been here quite a lot with different friends or family, for this place is where i reside. This place had been owned by Koreans through the years ( the ownership changed hands ) but of all the Korean restos i think Don Galbi still has the best food offering and service, regardless of how many Korean restos are out there.
