I requested for a duplicate ID because I lost it on a flight. I went there in a not so busy time. I didn't know that a new passport size face picture is needed, but luckily they have their cooperative service provider that caters rush ID picture capture and printing for just 80 Php. It just took me less than 20 minutes until my new ID was printed. Pretty neat and fast.

PAHIRAP Regulatory Commission Regional Office 6. The worst government agency by far, specifically this region. Archaic and has different requirements from other PRC offices when taking the same national exam. How can this be "professional' when there is no standardization across different regions/offices. This agency deserves negative stars, and lead by a visionary...depressing that this is where our taxes go.

BEEN THERE TWICE for my aunt's renewal! I travelled from other island pa BUT failed to get it! YOUR SYSTEM SUCKS! Didn't even consider the expense we made! At first, they didn't accepted the SPA, so my sister go for the second time because she's a PRC holder. AND STILL failed! SPENT ALMOST 12k FOR YOUR MESSED UP SYSTEM AND ORGANIZATION.

I CAN'T KNOW WHAT THE POLICY IS FOR SOME OF THESE HERE AND THERE IS NO OFFICIAL MONITOR AND THERE ARE NO PROPER BANKS THERE ARE VACANCIES BUT I CAN'T KNOW IF THERE ARE CN OR HOW MANY PEOPLE. JUST HAVE COVID AH😡

Presently abroad and had my licensed renewed through a representative and when she gets there they asked her for a 2x2 photo which I don't know, I assumed that the photo on the online renewal form will be used because there's no such requirement in the list that they gave me via email. If only I can give them no star at all. Worst service ever.
