Since early 2023, Pet HQ helped us cope as pawrents to our newly adopted mixed-breed Golden Retriever. It's been a long while since we had a pet dog at home. And my wife and I don't have much idea about bringing into our care a foreign breed of a doggo. Worse, we weren't warned that such a breed would grow many times beyond the size of his cage and weigh to 20 kilos at the age of one year. The friendly Vet and staff at Pet HQ aided us in many ways in caring for and treatment of our agressive and fierce Golden Retriever/Belgian Malinois pet. All his jabs and oral immunizations were done at Pet HQ. In my opinion, it takes experience to handle a pet like our Jeepy. To compensate for our lack of knowledge and experience, we're learning fast, and reliant on Pet HQ's assistance. Therefore, I encourage pawowners to try their services (like the new grooming service) at Pet HQ and see how it makes a difference.

Got my cat Checked.Staff remembers the name of my cats. They were very gentle in dealing with my cat despite her being difficult a little bit.Good service and very caring vets.

Very friendly and accommodating pet clinic :). Veterinarians and nurses are approachable and considerate. They also do not discriminate against any animal breeds and treat them with love and care.

Friendly and accommodating! The clinic is also very clean and relaxed even my demon dog was chill enough to approach everyone in the room so you just know everyone there cares for animals. Doc knows what to do and is gentle with my children 🐶 and gives clear instructions afterwards.

I will never recommend this place for your paw babies. My fiancé brought our baby husky here today, he was still responding well before we even took him to this clinic, it took At least 3 hours before they even went to see him and after who knows what they had given him we got home and after an hour my baby died. Who knows what in the world did they gave him. Please don’t take your babies here if you still wanna see them grow older. I had two dogs that they looked after and after we get home from them they both died instantly.

I like the place, it was tiny unlike any other vet clinic Ive been to, but it was clean.I dont recommend the veterinarian though, I brought my dog there and told her everything my dog was feeling, that she was suffering. She just wrote everything down and decided it was only a mere fever. She never even mentioned it could be a possible parvovirus or distemper or maybe even heart worms. She doesnt even have an assistant. I have to carry my furbaby to the surgical table myself and check how much she weigh too.Unfortunately, after she diagnosed my pet with just a mere fever, my baby died a few hours later. Many people suggested, I should have brought my dog to a different clinic and that the least she could do was to have my pet's IV.Maybe if I brought my dog to Rebadulla, Corner Stone or even to Dr. Tapales, maybe she'd still be alive.
