A certain female personnel asked us the Barangay location of National Library of the Philippines. When we replied that it has no barangay location but it's a government office, she responded with "All government offices have Barangay address"...which made her even more appear ignorant. She must be removed from work because apart from she's an obvious bully, she is not compassionate and poor in customer service which do not reflect the values of LBC.

I posted some papers to Australia with Phlpost on June 8, and they are still somewhere in the Philippines. I even had to supply my own envelope and they have never replied to my messages.
Today, I sent another copy with LBC Robinson's Jaro and was impressed with the service. A modern store inside a mall, waterproof packaging supplied, and a very nice young man serving the customers. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The price was similar to Phlpost, but the service was so good that I am very confident that my papers will arrive as expected. Well done to that young man and LBC Robinson's Jaro.

The price of the shipping fee here is much more higher than other branches here in iloilo. Please fix this problem. Or fire the employee who keeps on charging additional fees for nothing. The other lady was also annoyed at how he added 60 pesos just for the bubble wrap. And mine too! He also added 10 pesos just for the valuable price? Lbc branch in gaisano is much more cheaper. I reccommend you all to just go to that branch instead of here.

Cozy and comfortable. The artist is kind enough to answer all tattoo related questions. Has wifi and a smart tv, so you can browse the internet or listen to your playlists while being tattooed. Has a food stall beside it that sells dimsum and soda. 👌
