The service condo is useless, visitors are still in the lobby at 4pm until 9pm at Gabe's. The excess 500 per head has been paid. Right now there is still no confirmation of the owner. Phew!! Worthless

Even if the price of a condo here was 33.33% lower I would still not buy a condo here. The managing company has a lot to learn from BGC and even there it’s far from being perfect. The condominiums on the back of the building suffer 24-7 from the dogs barking at the near household. The lobby is beautiful buts if you take everything in consideration - the prices for either rent and buy are ridiculously high.

Comfortable rooms, the full kitchen is convenient if you with to cook or keep food in your room. 5 minute walk to the Festive Mall and plenty of restaurants.

Amazing place to stay, condos where amazing, the people that i rented from where amazing! They have a pool to swim in, gym area & much more! Really enjoyed staying there & i will be staying there the next time i come over!

very clean and spacious :) love the ambiance when we got to the lobby, the place is also very convenient because it is near Festive Mall and other restaurants.

I stayed here for almost a month and had an amazing experience! Their staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were fantastic - the pool was always clean and well-maintained. The location was also perfect - it was close to everything I needed and made it easy to get around the city. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this condominium to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
