Journal Visayas, with business address at Rm. 205 Kahirup Bldg., Guanco St., Iloilo City, secured Permit No. 07-2506 dated January 30, 2007, signed by Engr. Romeo Paloma III in behalf of Mayor Jerry P. Treñas. The permit had O.R. No. 2397433 dated January 16, 2007. The paper has been issued Business Plate No. 06-2877
For 2008, Journal Visayas has already paid for its application for renewal of a business permit under O. R. No. 2828374 dated January 23, 2008. The Business Permit No. is 2008-6489.
On December 20, 2007, Journal Visayas was issued by the Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management a certificate of registration with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) signed by Executive Director IV Estanislao C. Granados, Jr.
Journal Visayas, with business address at the back of Freedom Grandstand, registered with DTI as on March 20, 2002, with registration number VI-2002-03496 and signed by DTI Provincial Director Diosdado P. Cadena, Jr.
On July 10, 2007, Journal Visayas, with business address at Room 205, Kahirup Bldg. Guanco St., Iloilo City, again registered with DTI with a registration certificate number 00174266 signed by Provincial Director Diosdado P. Cadena, Jr.
As certified by Ms. Ana May Avanceña, head of the Iloilo City Government’s Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat, Journal Visayas had passed the BAC’s eligibility checklist on September 6, 2005 and has since then been considered eligible to participate in the Iloilo City and other Government’s public biddings.
Duly registered with PhilGEPS, Journal Visayas also checks with the PHILGEPS website for notices of biddings in the Western Visayas area, with a tax clearance certificate issued by the BIR since 2010 under TCC N. 02-P172-06251-2010
