Staff seems like they're not that knowledgeable enough and always demands to pay first?? Why is their isolation room so cramped? This business only seem to care about making money not about caring for the pets.

My recent experience at Ilonggo Vets Animal Clinic left me deeply concerned and disappointed, particularly when it comes to their isolation room for dogs with contagious diseases like parvo virus. I simply cannot overlook the severe shortcomings in the care and safety of our beloved pets.The isolation room at this clinic is nothing short of a nightmare. It's astonishingly small and cramped, creating a highly uncomfortable and stressful environment for the dogs admitted for treatment. To make matters worse, my dog's condition deteriorated rapidly during our brief stay at the clinic. Despite showing severe symptoms and obvious signs of distress, the staff did not take immediate action to stabilize or provide any form of comfort. It was as if they couldn't care less about the well-being of animals under their care.When we want to take our dog home because we think it is better for our puppy to be home treated but the staff at the clinic cited a vague policy as the reason for denying us to take home the dextrose that was attached to our puppy which is a crucial component of our puppy's treatment.In the end, I decided to transfer my dog to a different veterinary clinic where they received the appropriate treatment and care they deserved.
