Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art (ILOMOCA)

The Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art (ILOMOCA) is the first museum in the Visayas region dedicated to modern and contemporary art. It aims to enrich the community life of Iloilo province by way of exhibitions and outreach programs. ILOMOCA is envisioned as a site where ideas are constructed and engaged through art. By activating the transformative potentials of exhibitions and public programs, the museum presents art as a means and a method by which dialogues about social life can unfold.

ILOMOCA is located at the Casa Emperador Building, in the heart of the Iloilo Business Park Township. It has an approximate area of 3000 square meters comprising three floors of five exhibition rooms, a theatre facility, and a souvenir shop. The development of the museum was initiated by Megaworld Corporation through Megaworld Foundation. ILOMOCA seeks to be a regional venue for the inclusive experience and study of art.

This museum elevates and introduces Iloilo to the international art world. The curated pieces include works by Chagall and Dalí, as well as talented Filipino artists. This should be the stomping ground of Ilonggos, whether they are into art or not. This is an opportunity for all to immerse themselves in world-class art pieces. A great addition to the beautiful city of Iloilo.

A worthwhile experience in the heart of Iloilo City. The entrance fee is 100 pesos, and the venue is air-conditioned from the 1st to the 3rd floor. It was a great and immersive experience to visit and appreciate the lovely artworks.Liz

This is the best museum I’ve visited so far. It’s spacious with a wide variety of works on display. Art enthusiasts will definitely love this place!

The Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art is located in a very convenient and accessible area. Did not venture too far inside as some of the floors and exhibits were temporarily closed at the time. However, staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. Still a very nice spot for pictures. Will have to revisit next time in town.

I loved the exhibit! This place is worth checking out. There are three floors of wonderful contemporary art. The first two floor's exhibit changes every three months or over. Opening hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM.

It's not the Getty museum but it's nice. The work is solid but I have been to a lot of great museums and this is very small in comparison. As you would expect, there's no great works, here but they did a respectable job. Considering what their budget must have been , they did a great job.

Tickets：100 pesosIloilo museum of contemporary art is an art museum full of avant-garde artistic atmosphere. Compared with ordinary artworks, the works here incorporate the author's ideas to express to the public. However, compared with other art galleries, there are not many works on display here, and it takes about 1 hour to finish visiting.

Nice place to appreciate local contemporary art. It' small but has lots of beautiful artworks. Place is air conditioned and within the Festive Mall area, so it's accessible. Regular entry fee for Filipinos is 150php.
