So expensive as compare to other glrooming salon. Had a bad experience. One of my dogs got traumatized after his grooming. I don't know what have they done to my dog.

Excellent service. My furbabies were well taken cared of. The pick up and delivery grooming service is much appreciated as it caters to the convenience of the customer.

REAL RATING: 3.5/5As someone who brought their dog from Canada (for a year vacation), this place exceeds expectations in the grooming department. They cater to your dogs needs by providing food while they wait. The owner is very sensible and kind. He displays his utmost respect towards the dogs. You can expect commendable service from this establishment. They also provide various supplies ranging from collars to vitamins. You can also with some of the other dogs and puppies while you wait.The only problem I have is the length of the wait. It is frequently busy and there is often an hour wait (or longer). Then you must wait for your dog to be groomed (which lasts less than an hour or so).I must inform you though, that one of the groomers is an ignorant bastard who harasses and/or abuses some of the dogs he grooms. Today, when I took my dog there, while he was getting groomed, the dog beside him was very, very nervous. The dog would move around too much and cry from any sudden grab or yank (not that those should be a normal occurrence). This dog was generally old and calm, so for it to be crying like crazy meant something was wrong. The man was very aggressive in moving the dog around. He even hit and strangled the dog a few times, before my Dad rushed in and yelled at him; calling him out for the abuse. The dog was even hit once with the rim of the scissors. The man tried to coerce my father as if he was the victim, saying that the dog bit him.That was not a good enough reason. Dogs don't bite too hard (and they shouldn't have any reason to), and there is always the option of putting a muzzle on the dog. My Dad threatened him before he used less force, though still somewhat aggressive.WATCH OUT FOR YOUR DOG. What I recommend is being there the entire time for your dog to make sure he's in good care.IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE MAN LOOKS LIKE:-top knot hairdo-dark skinThat is the only few characteristics I can see from him. He wore a mask when grooming. Please be careful. Your dog could be traumatized.
