On February 09, 2021, Circle J Water Distribution Services, Inc. was established by adopting Company Reg. No. CS 202069146 with the Securities and Exchange Commission – Iloilo Extension Office and filed its Amended Articles of Incorporation, which were approved on February 18, 2021.
The incorporators urgently adopted the company registration in order to take over the business of Circle J Traders and Engineering Services, a proprietorship owned by the late Oscar L. Jimoga-on. This business was responsible for distributing and supplying water by truck delivery, primarily to Robinsons Place Iloilo, a commercial center located in Quezon-Ledesma Streets, Iloilo City. The business had been supplying water to this location for 17 years. Following Jimoga-on’s untimely demise, the family decided to take over the management of the business and continue to honor the commitments made to existing clients.
The new management is fortunate to have all the facilities and equipment of the old company at their disposal, which are necessary for continuing to serve clients efficiently. Circle J Water Distribution Services, Inc. continues to operate with the same personnel and staff that have been with the old company for many years.
Circle J Water Distribution Services, Inc. primarily manages and operates water distribution and supply by truck delivery services. Its goal is to fully honor its commitments to clients with integrity and honesty, maintain good relationships, and provide the best service while maintaining high ethical standards.
