LaFayette Park Square is the 2nd condominium building along Megaworld Avenue. They have very friendly staffs and they keep the complex very clean. Just a 5 minute walk to Festive Walk & Festive Mall

Nice stuff. Very accommodating. Construction will end next week. Place very peacefull. Some rooms not possible to open Windows! Aircon too noisy... cleanliness in corridors and atrium need maintainance. Overall okay. Overpriced but negotiable... will go there if time will come

System for food reservation needs to be improved although food is great. Pool should also be cleaned. Aircon could have been matched with room size and horse power rating accordingly

The people there are very nice. The hotel has a homey feel to it. The room we had had enough space. Neighborhood is quiet. Warm water is available for taking baths. One can request and get a "tabo", if not comfortable with using the bidet, like I do. There is a swimming pool. Free coffee and merienda is available. Their local coffee is a must try.Wi-fi is strong near the reception area, and weak in the rooms. There is plated or limited selection for breakfast, nonetheless the foods are very tasty. Kudos to the cook/s.
