The barber did not follow what I showed in the reference photo. I said mid dropfade, the one I cut was midfade on the side, then he made the drop on the back low, and he cut 3 inches on the top even though I said 4 inches. The price is still expensive and the barber doesn't know how to follow simple instructions, price-wise, it's disappointing.

The barber started shaving off my long beard after I specifically told him to only trim it. I had to jumped up out of the chair to stop him from shaving the rest of it off. He acted like it was a misunderstanding at first before he admitted fault. I informed management and was only given an apology. No compensation. I will never go back.

My go to place for a hair cut. Definitely worth the money, tho on the pricey side, they definitely know how to cut different hair types and textures. Kudos to the man who cut my hair, I think his name was rock(?)

Bad service. Here in sm iloilo, unlike in other brunos. The person named Alvin who did my haircut was not accommodating and also messed up my hair. I requested for 2-3 inches cut since their designer is not yet in. Because my original plan is wolf cut. But he trimmed it down without even asking if I am okay with it. What a poor service.
