HIIIT IT – The Paraw Regatta Ultimate Fitness Challenge is an event where teams of three athletes come together to compete in a series of HIIT workouts.
It will take place on March 18, 2023, at 7:00 AM as part of the Paraw Regatta Festival 2023. An annual event held in the Philippines that celebrates the art of sailing and seafaring. The festival features a variety of activities, including boat races, cultural performances, and sporting events.
HIIIT IT – The Paraw Regatta Ultimate Fitness Challenge is one of the sporting events that will be featured during the festival.
The registration fee for this particular competition is PHP 599 per person inclusive of the event Dri-Fit shirt and finisher’s certificate.

The competition will consist of several HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) exercises, including Push-ups, Sit-ups, Air Squats, Dead Hang, Clean and Press, Atlas Carry, Box Jumps, Burpees, Sprint Runs, Bear Crawl, Tire Flips, and Man Makers.
Trophies and medals will be awarded to the top three teams, which will be provided by the world-renowned organization Greenpeace International. These trophies and medals will be made of sustainably-sourced materials, reflecting the organization’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
