As a first time client, I know first impressions last and I would like to leave a review probably for the last time knowing that we will not be able to bring Hershey again next week in this clinic because she had passed away earlier this afternoon due to CPV. I still would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the staffs who accomodated us through out Hershey's check up yesterday and gave medications to alleviate the illness that deteriorated her system + giving me space to silently cry inside the clinic :3 Thank you so much for the service 💗ps. Hershey loved sleeping at your examination table 😄

Twice it happened to me. I brought my two dogs in your place even before opening for grooming before their vaccination. But I saw other pets being groomed first. I ended up leaving 1030am from your clinic. The male groomer is not even trained to handle client. I reside in lapaz area but becAuse my dogs were vaccinated in your clinic I decided to stay. I have to rent taxi just to come to your place even though lapaz and JARO areas are booming with pet business. I am not about the price I just like to feel that your staff will make us feel valued. Today I requested that I will be inserted for grooming and vaccine but of no avail. I understand first come first serve but twice I a row this did not apply to me. You should feel elated that even pet owners in the city will prefer your brand of service. But today I won’t even come to your clinic. You do not have complaint management to address experiences such as these.

It's located near our home so it's very easy to go there if my baby needs a check. It's also easily accessed since it's by the street side. Staffs and vets are also very friendly. they also care of your pet. and you can easily see them since the area is just small. and there is like an area for your dog to play around outside there clinic like a veranda.
